PetCare OS started as a home-grooming studio in Kerala — a small team of groomers who would show up with a towel, the right shampoo, and more patience than most pets had ever met. The response from pet parents blew us away: five stars on Google, 70+ reviews, and a waitlist that we could not keep up with.
Today PetCare OS is both a grooming service and a curated pet store. We still groom at home with the same care, and we ship carefully-chosen essentials — food, treats, toys, beds and accessories — across India. We are expanding to new cities through 2026.
